Refund Cancellation Policy

No Refunds

Cancel/Transfer: Cancellations are allowed at no cost 6 weeks prior to the retreat & your funds will be transferred to another retreat in the calendar year of equal or higher value. If you choose to upgrade to a private room or if the retreat price point is higher, the difference is charged.

If cancelled less than six weeks, then 50% of the funds are transferred to the next retreat in the calendar year of equal or higher value. If you choose to upgrade to a private room or if the retreat price point is higher, the difference is charged.
