The Divine Mother: Terms and Conditions

You hereby acknowledge that you are participating of your own free will in the work conducted by Dr. Divi Chandna, which may involve activities relating to energy work, meditation, and connection. 

By registering for any of Dr. Divi’s work, programs, events, or activities, either online or in person, you are agreeing to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Participating in these activities can involve inherent risk. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, emotional discomfort, or other unforeseen outcomes.  You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the participation and agree not to hold Dr. Divi Chandra, Dr. Divi Chandna Inc. or any representative, agent, associate or affiliate responsible. 

Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge Dr. Divi Chandna Inc., the representatives, or any affiliated individuals from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, up to and including death, that may be sustained during the course of participation. 

Participant Conduct and Third-Party Responsibility: This course is designed as a group learning experience and may include participation from other individuals. While we strive to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment, we are not responsible for the actions, statements, or conduct of other participants in the course.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that all participants are responsible for their own behaviour and that we cannot and do not guarantee the appropriateness, legality, accuracy, or integrity of any interactions or communications that take place among course participants. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Dr. Divi Chandna Inc., its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the actions or conduct of other participants.

Responsibility for Outcomes: You acknowledge that Dr. Divi Chandna assumes no responsibility or liability for the outcome or results of your participation. You agree not to hold Dr. Divi Chandna or Dr. Divi Chandna Inc. responsible for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects of participation.

Use of Photo and Video Recordings:  Photo and Video recordings will be taken throughout these programs, activities, and events. Dr. Divi Chandna, Dr. Divi Chandna Inc and their representatives are granted permission to use these images and recordings for promotional, educational, or other purposes concerning Dr. Divi Chandna Inc. These materials may be used online, in print, or in other media formats.

Refunds/Cancellations: No refunds or pro-rated pricing are offered under any circumstances.

You are free to cancel at any time. Contact a member of Dr. Divi Inc to arrange for cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations will end your access to the course, materials, and any future events. After cancellation, you may re-register at the advertised course price at that time. 

By purchasing or registering for any event, activity, work, or program, you agree that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
