Now, visualize the shift within yourself – from a smaller spirit to a more significant spirit-dominated existence. It's a journey we can all embark on.

Practical Steps for Personal Transformation:

Let's break down three practical steps to unravel unworthiness. First, identify where you currently stand on the ego-spirit spectrum. Next, extend self-forgiveness, acknowledging that unworthiness is a shared human experience. Lastly, practice seeing the spirit in others, fostering a connection that transcends ego-driven judgments. It's a journey of self-discovery and acceptance.

Navigating Guilt and Shame Firsthand:

Now, let's shift our focus to guilt and shame. I'll share personal insights on how these emotions surface when we identify with the ego.
